I'm an illustrator, how can I share my portfolio with you?

Please email a PDF copy or website link to designs@nppbooks.co.uk using the subject line 'Illustrator Submission'. Whilst we endeavour to view all submissions, we apologise that we cannot guarantee a reply.

Do you accept manuscripts or book ideas?

We do not accept manuscript submissions or book ideas.

I really like your products, where can I buy them?

For all trade enquiries, please complete the Create Trade Account form and a member of our sales team will be in touch.

For general retail purchases, in addition to working with a number of popular high street retailers, you can also buy direct from us at www.robert-frederick.co.uk

I purchased one of your products from a stockist and it's faulty, can you help?

We are only able to process returns, refunds and exchanges on items purchased directly from www.robert-frederick.co.uk If you bought the item from another retailer, please contact them directly.

I have found a spelling or grammatical error in my child's book, what should I do?

We are always grateful for constructive feedback from our consumers. If the product has a publication date between 2021-2023, please complete the Contact Us form. For older products, we will be aware of the mistake and files amended for future re-prints. We can only issue replacements/ refunds on products purchased directly from www.robert-frederick.co.uk If you bought the item from another retailer, please contact them directly.
